The world is filled with SIN, but there is one institution that houses worse indecencies! Look no further than the ALE & MARROW, that notorious tavern in Pauper’s Notch, for it is run by a DEMON.
The EVIDENCE is clear!
- The WORST PEOPLE around the world drink at this place, for the GREATEST EVILS attract lesser evils. This is a DEMON’S modus operandi!
- The tavern sells drinks that do the work of CHAOS! Ales there cause people to forget themselves, causing FIGHTS. Potions cause GREED and GAMBLING. Worse still, mixed drinks cause SLOTH and TREACHERY! And ALL DRINKERS are led to join the leagues of THIEVES, BACKSTABBERS, and NE’ER-DO-WELLS that harm the land!
- CREATURES OF LECHEROUS INTENT — including men, women, and many-genital’d Uncanny Beings — LURK about the premises. They LURE the unsuspecting and the intemperate into DEPRAVITY!
DEMONS feed on CHAOS. The Ale & Marrow is a DEMON’S DEN. It settled millennia ago and, when the first patrons entered, the demon convinced them to build a small hut. That hut then attracted more SINNERS and CHAOS-MAKERS. It grew and grew into the “FINE ESTABLISHMENT” we see today.
